With almost two years since the action-crime drama concluded the first season, viewers will get to see more of the beloved anti-hero Kim Do Ki and the rest of the group.
"Taxi Driver" season 2, helmed by Lee Dan and penned by the season 1 and "Fabricated City" screenwriter Oh Sang So, depicts the story of a secret organization that avenges victims whom the law wasn't able to protect.
Based on the webtoon of the same name, the action-crime series also showcases the protagonist, Kim Do Ki, played by Lee Je Hoon, who uses a disguise to perform his mission.
As for the second season, several characters reprise their roles along with new actors joining the K-drama.

One of the most-watched K-dramas of 2021, the SBS weekend series wrapped up the season with a double-digit rating and garnered an all-time high for the entire season run.
In addition, "Taxi Driver" also gained fame after it aired on Netflix.
However, lead star Lee Je Hoon admitted that he didn't think that the series will return for another season.
To recall, Shim So Young played the role of the ruthless mafia boss Lim Bok Ja, whom his men referred to as Madame Lim.
Interestingly, SBS revealed the script reading for season 2, featuring the actress, with viewers looking forward to the duo's hilarious chemistry.
