Authorities are alarmed after it was reported that Yoo Ah In reportedly went missing amid the ongoing drug investigation.

Yoo Ah In Missing After Authorities Conducted Search, Seizure at His Home
According to a media outlet, Yoo Ah In has reportedly gone missing after the authorities conducted a search and seizure on two of his properties last March 7.
As part of the investigation procedure for his alleged habitual drug use, they operated a search, and the police were able to find evidence at his home in Itaewon and Hannam-dong.
After they collected the evidence, news popped up saying that Yoo Ah In had disappeared after being accused of drug use.
In addition to the report, unopened mail has been left at the gate of the "Hellbound" actor's house for over a month already.
Fans Demand Yoo Ah In To Hold Press Conference To Help Resume His Acting Career
According to one of his neighbors, Yoo Ah In used to take strolls but has not been seen in a while. Due to his sudden disappearance, fans demand that the actor address the situation.
In particular, they want the actor to hold a press conference and provide detailed information about the ongoing controversy. In doing this, fans believe that it might give Yoo Ah In a chance to resume his acting career.
Meanwhile, the "Chicago Typewriter" star is suspected of using four types of drugs: propofol, cocaine, hemp, and ketamine. After he returned to Korea from Los Angeles last February 5, he underwent a different examination and later on tested positive for using the four mentioned drugs, as a result of the detailed test at the National Forensic Service.

The public was shocked when it was reported that Yoo Ah In took 4,400ml of propofol over the course of 73 visits to medical facilities since 2021. It has been said that approximately 60ml of the said medication was used by the actor every time he visited the medical facilities.
Yoo Ah In Loses Projects Amid Scandal
Due to his ongoing drug scandal, Yoo Ah In's career is highly affected. He was supposed to headline some shows and films on Netflix. Some are already done filming, while some are just about to commence production.
One of his Netflix dramas, "Hellbound 2" was initially to air sometime this year. Unfortunately, due to his drug issue, Yoo Ah In stepped down from the project. He is already replaced by theater and K-drama actor Kim Sung Cheol.
Meanwhile, the productions of his other upcoming projects are yet to release their statement about the status of their works after Yoo Ah In's controversy.
