Yoo Ah In's neighbors reveal surprising news about the actor's home in Itaewon.

In a recent update regarding Yoo Ah In's drug scandal, the award-winning star's residence was raided by investigators sent by the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency (SMPA) as part of their ongoing probe regarding his illegal drug use.

While he is barred from leaving the country, neighbors of his Itaewon home say that the actor hasn't been in his residence since he appeared in "I Live Alone" back in 2020.

Yoo Ah In Has Vacated His Itaewon Home for 3 Years

According to a media outlet, Yoo Ah In was last seen at his Itaewon residence when he featured his house in the longtime-running MBC show. Neighbors said that the 5 million KRW residence had been vacant for nearly three years.

During the search and seizure order by the police, News1 spoke to a nearby resident, with a man who is in his 30s who said that they haven't seen him since after filming "I Live Alone." Moreover, the person added the actor had moved from real estate.

He said that he has been living all by himself for 15 years, but said he moves "every year."

"I moved around 10 times but I moved to this house five years ago," he said as obtained by a media outlet, adding, "The driving force of my life has been gradually tending to my home."

As mentioned, the 5 million KRW estate was purchased in 2016 and situated in the up-and-coming affluent area of Itaewon.

It boasts four stories, which include a basement, a spacious living room, and more.

Describing it as a "mixture of [his] preferences in interior design," Yoo Ah In's home has a variety of art pieces and unique decorations.

In addition, he also dedicated a bathroom for his cats and a stunning rooftop overlooking the city.
