After Korean media outlet, Dispatch, released a series of photos of the duo on several occasions, their labels immediately released statements confirming the dating news.
Lim Ji Yeon's agency, Artist Company, said that the actress and the male celeb started their senior-junior relationship but have gotten to get to know one another better "with positive feelings."
The same goes for Lee Do Hyun's agency, Yuehua Entertainment, which expressed the same stance and mentioned that the duo "developed an interest in one another and eventually developed feelings."
However, amid the news, the public became curious about the actress' former lover.

While Lim Ji Yeon's ex-boyfriend is almost two years older than the actress, Lee Do Hyun is five years younger than her.
The versatile actress was born on June 23, 1990, while the South Korean heartthrob was born on April 11, 1995, and will soon turn 28 this month.
As for their relationship, while they got close during the production of "The Glory" their relationship was an "open secret" among the team.
According to the report, a source shared that the couple "created a subtle atmosphere that something was going on between them" but the duo "didn't really show that they were dating."
