Kim Gun Woo made a special appearance in the April 30 broadcast of SBS's "My Little Old Boy." The breakout actor became popular for playing as the school violence perpetrator Son Myung Oh in Netflix's "The Glory."
Despite his villain role, Kim Gun Woo seems to be a pure-hearted man, who uniquely finds healing in cleaning.

Kim Gun Woo Grateful For Being Nominated For Best New Actor
Kim Gun Woo has been in the entertainment industry for seven years. He debuted in the 2016 rom-com drama "Fight For My Way." However, he did not receive much attention.
Then, he joined the brilliant cast of Kim Eun Sook's "The Glory," which gave Kim Gun Woo the ticket to earning a nomination for Best New Actor at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards held last April 28.
While in a conversation with his co-star Kim Hieora, who played as Lee Sara, the actor congratulated her for also being nominated at the prestigious ceremony. The female star was nominated for Best New Actress.
Kim Gun Woo excitedly shared that it is so nice to see their team after a long time. Kim Hieora responded, "I am very happy for receiving too much. Our Myung Ho (Kim Gun Woo's character), you worked hard."
The actor quickly laughed and agreed that he worked really hard.
He added, "I am happier knowing that I was nominated for the Rookie Award with you. I will pray for both of us to win the award together."
Meanwhile, since he appeared in "The Glory," Kim Gun Woo's popularity could be seen even on the street. While on his way to the gym, he instantly had a surprised fan meeting with fans in public.
Even though Kim Gun Woo failed to get the trophy this year, the actor was still grateful for receiving a big nomination for a huge award ceremony.
"The Glory" successfully bagged three titles at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards, namely Best Actress (Song Hye Kyo), Best Supporting Actress (Lim Ji Yeon), and Best Drama.
