Newbie stars Roh Yoon Seo and Hong Kyung are ready to join forces as they are confirmed to lead a new romance film.
Hong Kyung & Roh Yoon Seo To Headline Romance Movie 'Hear Me'
According to an official from the entertainment industry on May 15, rookie stars Roh Yoon Seo and Hong Kyung are confirmed to have their first team-up this year. The duo will headline the Korean adaptation of the famous 2009 Taiwanese movie "Hear Me."
The romantic film tells the story of a man who falls at first sight with a hearing-impaired woman. It is expected that some changes in the settings and plot will occur since it will be adapted to Korean.
In addition, the production is said to start filming in August, while the scheduled release of the movie is still in discussion.
Other cast members and details about the upcoming project are yet to be announced.

Roh Yoon Seo and Hong Kyung are two of the rising stars in K-entertainment today. Though they are still new in the field, they already impressed the audience with their flexible acting. Their fresh faces are now gaining popularity not just in Korea but also abroad.
Roh Yoon Seo Wins Her First Baeksang Trophy
Roh Yoon Seo made her name known through the healing series "Our Blues" and the trending Netflix original movie "20th Century Girl." This 23-year-old young star was able to take home the Best New Actress title at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards last April 28.
It is for her spectacular performance in the romance-healing drama "Crash Course in Romance," where she worked with veteran actors Jung Kyung Ho and Jeon Do Yeon.
Just months after the series concluded, Roh Yoon Seo made her special appearance in the dystopian-themed drama "Black Knight" along with actor-model Kim Woo Bin.
Hong Kyung Booked for New Projects Following His Appearance in 'Weak Hero Class 1'
Opposite her is young actor Hong Kyung who starred in Wavve's original series "Weak Hero Class 1." Thanks to his immersive acting, Hong Kyung successfully and naturally made a strong impression on the audience.
With all the strong characters he portrayed, many are already looking forward to what kind of transformation he is about to show in his movie collaboration with Roh Yoon Seo.
In addition, Hong Kyung is also booked with back-to-back projects. He will join Kim Tae Ri and Oh Jung Se in the upcoming mystery-thriller drama "The Devil," which is scheduled to release in June on SBS.
He will share the frame with Son Seok Ku, Kim Sung Cheol, and Kim Dong Hwi in the investigative-themed movie "Troll Farm." This film is rumored to air sometime in 2024 in cinemas.
