Kim Seon Ho Makes Appearance in 'GYM JONGKOOK'
In his vlog on his YouTube channel "GYM JONGKOOK," released on June 1, Kim Jong Kook welcomed K-heartthrob Kim Seon Ho as his special guest.
The actor appeared to promote his upcoming movie "The Childe," which is set to hit the cinemas on June 21. The two spent their time inside the gym where Kim Jong Kook guided the "Start-Up" star in doing different exercise routines.
Off to an active start, Kim Jong Kook commented that almost all of the individuals who visited his gym came to build their bodies for movies. Kim Seon Ho smiled and confessed that he didn't work out at all while filming "The Childe" and was in a completely clean state.
Kim Jong Kook then revealed that he saw some of the actor's old pictures with abs.
After hearing it, Kim Seon Ho replied, "There were times when I had unclear abs, but I think working out is more about training both my mind and body."

The gym instructor praised the actor for doing exercise as part of his life. The "Welcome to Waikiki" lead star shared that he doesn't really work out during filming processes as it distracts him from working.

While doing some routines, Kim Seon Ho revealed he often exercises five days a week. With Kim Jong Kook observation, he noticed that the actor already has a good body frame, complimenting him that he might debut in Hollywood.
"When people like you build their bodies, it would turn out amazingly. Along with your sophisticated visuals, your body can be an unexpected charm, a powerful weapon."
He added:
"If you had such a great body, you might have gone to Hollywood by now."
Kim Seon Ho, on the other hand, humorously responded:
"No wonder why they didn't call me."

Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho is making his long-awaited big screen debut this June through the mystery-action "The Childe." He is also being courted to team up with Park Gyu Young in a new mystery drama "Mangnaein." His agency, SALT Entertainment confirmed that the actor received a casting offer, but nothing has been decided yet.
Kim Jong Kook, on the other hand, regularly appears in SBS' longest variety show, "Running Man."
The singer-host has been actively doing various activities in the entertainment industry and is preparing for his solo live performance in Seoul soon.
