Accordingly, Lee Sang Yi's great body proportion, which was revealed in the pictorial, was the result of his regular exercise and diet as it is also required for his role. He takes on the character of Woo Jin, a boxer who has won various battles.
"Bloodhounds" is a webtoon-based series of the same title. It is an action noir about two young people who step into the world of loan sharks in exchange for money, only to end up in a complicated situation against a gang.
Woo Do Hwan is joining Lee Sang Yi in this project.
Lee Sang Yi Booked to Join Disney+'s 'Han River'
"Bloodhounds" is Lee Sang Yi's drama comeback following "Yumi's Cells" and "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha." He also made appearances in "Poong, The Joseon Psychiatrist" and "Crash Course in Romance."
Apart from his collaboration with Woo Do Hwan, the actor will star in another series to be released on Disney+.
Lee Sang Yi is confirmed to join the cast of "Han River," alongside Kwon Sang Woo, Kim Hee Won, Bae Da Bin, and Shin Hyun Seung.
The series is tentatively scheduled in the second half of 2023.
