"King the Land" cast attended the drama's media press conference, where lead actress YoonA mentioned Lee Junho's charms that captivated her while working with the idol-actor.

On June 15, ahead of "King the Land" debut, SNSD's YoonA, 2PM's Lee Junho, and Director Im Hyun Wook were present at the drama's press conference. The event was held at Ramada Hotel Grand Ballroom, Sindorim, Guro-gu, Seoul.

Lead stars YoonA and Lee Junho made their first public appearance as on-screen partners and talked about each other while filming the drama. SNSD YoonA shared her experience working with Lee Junho for the first time in a drama.

"Since this is our first drama collaboration, with a rom-com genre, the lead stars' chemistry is important. In that aspect, it was easy because our opinions on different couple scenes matched well."

The "Big Mouth" star added that they realized a lot of things while doing the project thanks to the director's opinions and creative process.

In particular, YoonA shared Lee Junho's charms that captivated her.

"I think the power of the eyes is important. Lee Junho has not only impressive eyes but also has a great voice. I felt the power of his voice. I relied on him and received a lot of help."

She continued:

"I think Gu Won is the person who changes the most from the beginning to the end of the story, and only Lee Junho is the actor who can express the character's diverse emotions perfectly."

YoonA was also happy to be working again with Lee Junho not on stage, but on screen. Apart from being colleagues in the music industry, the two now shared the same frame as actors.

The actress admitted she enjoyed filming the series and working with talented actors.

"King the Land" follows the story of luxury hotel conglomerate, The King Group's heir, Gu Won, who was thrown into an inheritance war, and Cheon Sa Rang, a hotelier who has the complete opposite personality of the chaebol bachelor.

The rom-com drama will land on primetime this June 17 at 10:30 p.m. (KST). New episodes will be released every Saturday and Sunday.
