Ha Jung Woo gave his thoughts about Lim Ji Yeon's mukbang scene in "Lies Hidden in My Garden," which went viral after the episode aired.
During the press conference for his movie "Unofficial Operation," the actor spoke about his experience for his upcoming film and his reaction to the actress "mukbang mastery."

Ha Jung Woo is dubbed as the "king of mukbang" for his countless scenes where he had to express his enjoyment devouring food, tucking into all kinds of yummy dishes.
According to him, he saw Lim Ji Yeon's mukbang scene in "Lies Hidden in My Garden," and mentioned his "influence" on other celebrities doing the same scene for a story.
"People say I'm the king of that domain, but I'm content with having a positive influence on other actors," he said, as obtained by SBS News.
Interestingly, viewers also called it the "husband's death meal," while the Korea Times mentioned that Chinese restaurants across Korea are also offering the so-called "Lim Ji Yeon special" because of the K-drama.
As mentioned by the same outlet, the viral scene in "Lies Hidden in My Garden" is "one of the greatest mukbang moments in Korean film history," together with Ha Jung Woo's movie "Yellow Sea" and Soo Ae's K-drama "Merry Go Round."

Lim Ji Yeon's agency revealed that the actress "ordered four extra-large bowls of jajangmyeon and a large plate of sweet and sour pork."
For the scene, the production team repeatedly filmed her eating a large bowl of jajangmyeon "to capture the appearance of a woman possessed."
Surprisingly, the representative shared that Lim Ji Yeon has a big appetite in real life.
