The production team behind "Squid Game" season 2 addressed the controversy surrounding their filming at the airport.
The highly-anticipated Netflix K-drama once again garnered attention after an anonymous user took to online communities to express their disappointment following an interaction with a staff member.
'Squid Game' Season 2 Staff Accused of Being Rude to Public During Filming
As mentioned by outlets, the post includes the user's complaint about how the production staff "rudely" blocked people from using the public escalator at the Incheon International Airport.
Lo and behold, Netflix dropped another teaser, introducing eight additional cast members. "Sweet Home" cast members Lee Jin Wook and Park Gyu Young will also join the show.
In addition, Jo Yu Ri, Won Ji An, Noh Jae Won, David Lee, Kang Ae Shim, and Choi Seung Hyun (former BIGBANG T.O.P), are also included.
However, rumors sparked that the K-pop star was included as an official cast member because of his connection with Lee Jung Jae. The actor's agency quickly denied the rumor and mentioned that he and Lee Jung Jae have not seen each other for quite some time.
