Lee Hae Young shares an interesting story about his previous hit K-dramas, "The Glory" and "Bloodhounds."
The 52-year-old actor has appeared in various notable K-dramas like "L.U.C.A.: The Beginning," "Strangers" season 2, "The King: Eternal Monarch," as well as films such as "Kill Bok Soon, "Confidential Assignment" 1 and 2, Kingmaker," and more.
However, despite his slew of blockbuster projects, Lee Hae Young revealed that he gets recognized for his roles in "The Glory" and "Bloodhounds."
Lee Hae Young Grateful for Being Part of 'The Glory' and 'Bloodhounds'
Netflix delivered a series of hit K-dramas this 2023 -- from original series like "Black Knight" and "Queenmaker" to showcasing other broadcast networks shows like "The Good Bad Mother" and more.
For Lee Hae Young, he feels grateful to be part of "The Glory" and "Bloodhounds" and to have been able to play interesting characters.
After the Chairman left the gang, he still worked with him as the Japanese restaurant owner.
Lee Hae Young Did THIS for 'Bloodhounds'
Being an actor for three decades, Lee Hae Young revealed that he has never worked out for a role except for "Bloodhounds."
Describing himself as someone who is not fond of working out, he said that he "desperately felt the need for exercise" to play the role of Hwang Yang Jung.
"Normally, I don't do any special weights, but I exercised for the first time through "Bloodhounds" and paid attention to it," he said, adding, "I take a lot of walks and take care of myself."
After "The Glory" and the Netflix K-drama, Lee Hae Young is currently starring in "See You in My 19th Life," which stars Ahn Bo Hyun and Shin Hye Sun.
