Namgoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin's new drama "My Dearest" boasts undeniable chemistry between the two as they play as lead stars in the upcoming historical series.
With only a few days left before the premiere, MBC dropped a teaser showcasing the romance between the duo.

The upcoming historical K-drama "My Dearest" highlights the story of unlikely lovers who met at an unexpected time.
Slated to hit the small screens on August 4, "My Dearest" will be the newest K-drama airing every Friday and Saturday. Viewers will get to see the newest episode via MBC at 9.50 p.m. and Viki for global viewers.
Interestingly, joining Ahn Eun Jin and Namgoong Min is Lee Hak Joo as scholar Nam Yeon Joon, who will "die for the King's life," while Lee Da In plays his wife, Kyung Eun Ae.
Adding to the list of cast members is Kim Yoon Woo as Joseon's greatest pansori or musical storytelling singer, Ryang Eum. He is also one of the close friends despite having a different background and status.
Meanwhile, joining as supporting cast members are "All of Us Are Dead" actor Kim Jong Tae from as King In Jo, Choi Moo Sung from "Prison Playbook," Jeon Hye Won as Crown Princess Kang Bin and more.
Apart from his team-up with Ahn Eun Jin, "My Dearest" is also Namgoong Min's comeback doing historical K-drama.
To recall, his last sageuk drama was the 2013 series "Hur Jun, the Original Story" with Kim Joo Hyuk, Park Eun Bin, and Park Jin Hee.
