As cited by a media outlet on August 7, Park Seo Joon was embroiled in a controversy over his stage greeting attitude. An online community posted an article discussing Park Seo Joon's gesture toward his co-star Park Bo Young.
According to the source, a fan who was present on the stage greeting prepared couple headbands for Park Seo Joon and Park Bo Young, who play as a married couple in the movie.
The actress received the headband and took one for herself, and handed the other to Park Seo Joon. However, the actor refused to wear it, gesturing that he had sprayed his hair, and it might ruin his hairstyle.
Park Bo Young immediately understood and nodded to him.

As this video went viral online, negative reactions poured in. Based on the article, the stage greeting is a place to say thank you to the viewers who came to see the film the artists and staff prepared, but some fans said that the fan service at that time was lacking.

This is not the first time Park Seo Joon has been caught up in a controversy over his attitude.
At the "Concrete Utopia" press conference held in June, the actor was embroiled in a dating rumor, which was mentioned at the event, he was criticized by some for sticking to the principle of no response, giving an ambiguous answer that was neither positive nor negative, saying that it's a personal matter.
