EXO Suho to Possibly Debut in Historical K-Drama
On September 22, media outlets announced that EXO Suho is being courted to headline "The Crown Prince Disappeared." In addition to the news, SM Entertainment released a statement confirming that the idol-actor has received an offer to appear in the MBN's new drama and is positively reviewing it.
"The Crown Prince Disappeared" (working title) is a historical-romance drama with a twist of comedy that will follow the story of a crown prince being bossed around by a woman. The romance between the two will blossom during an escape journey.
It will be penned by Kim Ji Soo and Park Cheol, who wrote the script of "Bossam: Stealing Fate," headlined by Jung Woo and SNSD Yuri.
If Suho accepts his participation, it will be his first attempt at the historical drama genre.

Suho is currently appearing in JTBC's fantasy series "Behind Your Touch," alongside talented stars Han Ji Min and Lee Min Ki. It marked his comeback on the acting scene after five years of hiatus since "Rich Man" in 2018.
The heartthrob is garnering attention for capturing the diverse emotions of a mysterious character. He plays the role of Kim Sun Woo, a mysterious part-timer in the small village of Mujin. Behind his angelic face, he is hiding a big secret from everyone.
As multiple murder incidents happened in the small village, the people, particularly Detective Moon Jang Yeol (Lee Min Ki), is suspecting him as one of the prime suspects.
Suho is showing a new side of him in this project.

Suho is about to meet the audience on stage as he is one of the idol-actors confirmed to attend this year's AAA (Asia Artist Awards) in the Philippines on December 14.
Furthermore, catch Suho every Saturday and Sunday in "Behind Your Touch" at 10:30 p.m. (KST) on JTBC and Netflix.
In addition, he is also expected to make a special appearance in the ongoing fantasy series "Arthdal Chronicles 2."
