Go Min Si & Choi Hyun Wook to Possibly Star in Their First Drama Together
On September 27, a media outlet announced that Go Min Si and Choi Hyun Wook are being courted to play the main protagonists in the new drama "I'm Against My Romance" (working title).
In response to the news, both of the actors' agencies confirmed that they received proposals from the drama production, and Go Min Si and Choi Hyun Wook are reviewing the offers.
"I'm Against My Romance" is a project that deals with the story of whether reuniting with an ex-lover is an extension of a relationship you know well or the beginning of a relationship you don't know about.
This drama is expected to stimulate viewer's curiosity and empathy, as two ex-lovers will be entangled and reunite due to unexpected reasons.
What We Know So Far About 'I'm Against My Romance'
If the stars accept the work, Go Min Si and Choi Hyun Wook will play the roles of Hong Je Bi and Kim Tae Kyung, respectively.
Hong Je Bi is a teacher at a daycare center, who commits a lot of mistakes and regrets her decisions after. Kim Tae Kyung is just a normal person but an intuitive guy, whose life changed after he fell in love with Hong Je Bi 10 years ago.

Even though there's no confirmation yet about their appearances, many are already looking forward to their possible tandem and are excited to see what kind of chemistry Go Min Si and Choi Hyun Wook will showcase in their first drama team-up.
Director Lee Eung Bok, who is the creative mind behind the hit dramas "Descendants of the Sun," "Goblin," "Mr. Sunshine," "Sweet Home," and "Jirisan," is expected to helm the series.
Attention is also focused on what kind of synergy the director will have with the young stars.
What's Next for Choi Hyun Wook & Go Min Si
Meanwhile, Choi Hyun Wook just made his small screen comeback with "Twinkling Watermelon," and is already booked to lead another drama "High Cookie."
Go Min Si, on the other hand, just made a successful big screen return through "Smugglers," and is expected to make back-to-back Netflix projects with "Sweet Home" 2 & 3, and "In The Woods With No One."
