Interestingly, this will be their third time to host the SBS Drama Awards after being the MCs in 2020 and 2021.

Meanwhile, the 2023 SBS Drama Awards will be Shin Dong Yup's seventh year as the host and Kim Yoo Jung's third time.

On the other hand, the upcoming annual event is scheduled to take place on December 29 at the SBS Prism Tower in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

While the network has yet to unveil the list of 2023 SBS Drama Awards nominees, the ceremony's highest honor is the grand prize, also known as "Daesang," which will be awarded to the best actor or actress of the year.

It can be recalled that Kim Nam Gil was hailed as the Daesang winner at the 2022 SBS Drama Awards for his role in "Through the Darkness," which also marked his second Daesang following the 2019 SBS Drama Awards for the hit K-drama "The Fiery Priest."

What's Next for Kim Yoo Jung?

Other than returning on stage for the 2023 SBS Drama Awards, the 24-year-old actress also made a K-drama comeback through "My Demon."

Along with Song Kang, the duo delights viewers with their undeniable on-screen chemistry as they play the roles of the successor of the Future Group, Do Do Hee (Kim Yoo Jung), and the demon, Jung Gu Won (Song Kang).

A new fantasy rom-com under SBS, Do Hee possesses the quality of a demon-like chaebol heiress because of her trust issues. However, due to an incident, she meets the actual demon Jung Gu Won, who loses his powers.

Other than the duo, Lee Sang Yi and veteran actress Kim Hae Sook join as lead stars.

The last episode is expected to air on January 20, which means that viewers have only a few episodes left to watch the season finale.

On the other hand, other than SBS, viewers could watch the newest episode, airing every Friday and Saturday via Netflix.

Apart from "My Demon," Kim Yoo Jung will have a cameo role in the upcoming series "Chicken Nugget," headlined by Ryu Seung Ryong and Ahn Jae Hong.

She will take on the role of the "Moving" star's on-screen daughter, Choi Min Ah.
