Lee Dong Wook sparked laughter following his acceptance speech for winning a major award. He may be known as the "Romance Master," but Lee Dong Wook can't hide that apart from his acting skills, his humor never fails to entertain people.

What happened?

TV personalities Ji Seok Jin and Jo Se Ho bagged the Excellence Award. The latter said in his speech that it was his first time winning an Excellence Award since his debut, and was grateful for being recognized.

The "Running Man" member Ji Seok Jin confessed:

"I'm touched, and I really appreciate this award."

For the finale, Lee Dong Wook won Daesang without any surprise. The actor's presence and humorous speech made the guests and fans crack up.

"Thank you for voting for me. I haven't been nominated for Daesang as an actor, but I already gained recognition as a YouTuber.

Thank you to Jae Suk hyung, and all the staff and colleagues who came here."

What made everyone laugh was when he emphasized that he had no plan of creating a personal channel.

Meanwhile, Lee Dong Wook just made his movie comeback with "Single in Seoul" and is already booked with another series "A Shop for Killers" to premiere in January 2024.

The lead star is also being courted to join Lee Sung Kyung in the gangster drama "Nice Guy," also known as "Innocent Man."
