Stallion Entertainment Announces Sung Hoon's Theater Stage Debut
On January 11, Sung Hoon's agency Stallion Entertainment revealed that the actor will challenge himself in theater and is confirmed to star in the play "Art" to be held at the Link Art Center in Daehak-ro, Seoul. It has been said that the play will run from February 13 to May 12.
"Art" is a black comedy that narrates the story of a long-standing friendship of three men who fall apart and then come together again by chance.

According to Stallion, Sung Hoon takes the role of Serge, a sophisticated dermatologist who develops an interest in the arts, which is the beginning of the conflict between the three friends. In particular, "Art" will feature how the friendship of the three men falls apart so easily through their daily conversations and portray the inner selfishness and jealousy of humans as they experience challenges in life.
"Art" will be Sung Hoon's next work after the success of his hit drama "Perfect Marriage Revenge." Even though it will not be on screen, the actor will still meet the audience, but on a different platform.

The actor-host debuted in show business in 2011 in the series "New Tales of Gisaeng." Years later, he made his face known through various dramas such as "The Birth of a Family," "Passionate Love," "Five Enough," "My Secret Romance," "Level Up," "Love (Ft. Marriage and Divorce," "Woori the Virgin," and his latest "Perfect Marriage Revenge."
Sung Hoon also made his special appearance in the trending K-drama "Death's Game."
Sung Hoon's Shares Excitement About Upcoming Stage Play Debut
In addition to the information that Stallion Entertainment released is Sung Hoon's short message about his forthcoming theater stage play.
"I am very excited to perform my first theater challenge. I had always wanted to do this regardless of role or character."
Sung Hoon is one of the K-drama stars who started to venture into the theater stage. In 2023, Park Bo Gum, Kim Yoo Jung, Choi Sooyoung, Kim Sejeong, and Han Hye Jin also made headlines as they accepted the work to try musical and play challenges for the first time since their debut.
As of this writing, Sung Hoon has no confirmed drama projects yet and will focus on his stage debut this February.
