Kim Sa Ra Loses A Loved One
Son Jang Mi (Kim Sun Young) visits Kim Sa Ra (Lee Ji Ah) regularly, eager to recruit her to her company Solution.
However, her mind wanders off when her mother takes her own life. She can't stop blaming herself due to the burden she gave her mother to bear.
Unbeknownst to her, her mother died on the day of No Yul Seong's (Oh Min Seok) questioning about his mistress' death, which is highly suspicious to be ruled as a coincidence.
Kim Sa Ra toughens up and prepares herself to get back on her ex-husband. She also accepts Son Jang Mi's offer with the promise to help her bring down the people who wronged her.
Kim Sa Ra Meets An Old Flame
Dong Ki Joon (Kang Ki Young) faces his biggest crisis when his career falls down at the prosecutors' office after Kim Sa Ra's mother died.

Dong Ki Joon Accepts An Offer
In the past, the two planned to run away together. Sadly, Kim Sa Ra backed out at the last minute, breaking the latter's heart. She explains that she's only being realistic.
Dong Ki Joon couldn't believe her reason and out of spite, he accepts Son Jang Mi's offer to become Kim Sa Ra's case partner.
