On February 6, the online streaming platform shared the wide range of K-dramas that will make its premiere this 2024, including "The Trunk."
The drama tells the mystifying events and secrets between a couple whose lives turn upside down after a huge trunk is found in the depths of an eerie lake.
In the series, Seo Hyun Jin transforms into In Ji, a matchmaking organization employee while Gong Yoo plays Jeong Won, a music producer who has no plans on getting married.
However, tables turn for the latter when untold secrets begin to unravel while he finds himself stuck in an unexpected marriage contract with In Ji.
Seo Hyun Jin and Gong Yoo are two of the most sought-after actors in Hallyu, and their pairing for "The Trunk" is absolutely a "dream," according to the fans.
Thankfully, the public will be able to see their synergy together for the first time ever. Netflix confirmed that "The Trunk" is underway, and it will air in the fourth quarter of 2024.
