Following the success of her K-drama "Agency" in the past year, the seasoned actress is set to portray a troubled housewife in Coupang Play's thriller series "Hyde."

Lee Bo Young Suffers From Eerie Occurrences In New Series 'Hyde'
Lee Bo Young is set to dominate the first quarter of 2024 with her brand new thriller series "Hyde."
The series tells the story of a woman who unearths jaw-dropping secrets and a huge cross to bear after her husband disappears without a trace one day.
In the work, Lee Bo Young will once again boast her passionate acting as she portrays Na Moon Young, a former prosecutor who now works as a lawyer at a prestigious law firm.
Fans were given a glimpse of Na Moon Young's life as a brief video teaser for the series was released on February 20 on Coupang Play's official YouTube channel.
The teaser begins with a sappy tone as it depicts Na Moon Young's happy life along with her perfect family. However, a sudden tragedy strikes the family, changing the course of their lives.
Na Moon Young declares that she doesn't have a husband despite living a happy life, heightening the precarious atmosphere. In the next scene, a car explodes as it falls down a cliff.
At the end of the scene, Na Moon Young displays disappointment as the truth she knows gets overturned by the things she just discovered, and collapses while a white cloth covers her body.
The entirety of the preview video kept the viewers on their toes, raising the anticipation for the work. Moreover, curiosity about the mysteries in the work is raised.
'Hyde' Further Details & Where To Stream It
Alongside Lee Bo Young are fellow high-caliber actors Lee Moo Saeng, Lee Chung Ah and Lee Min Jae. They will complete the ensemble, and strengthen the narrative further.
Lee Moo Saeng plays Na Moon Young's husband Cha Sung Jae. He disappears without a word. Meanwhile, Lee Chung Ah transforms into their friendly neighbor Ha Yeon Joo.
Last but not the least is Lee Min Jae who joins as Do Jin Woo. He takes on the most essential role of a mysterious man who holds the key to the unknown.
"Hyde" is helmed by Kim Dong Hwi, the director of "Fight for My Way" and "The Tale of Nokdu," who boasts a flawless cinematography, which is also a factor to look for in the series.
Catch the drama on Coupang Play on March 23 at 10:00 p.m. KST. It will air every weekend so make sure to not miss it.
