Lee Na Eun To Lead New K-drama 'Crash' This 2024
On February 22, media outlets reported that idol-actress Lee Na Eun is coming back to prime time with ENA's brand new series "Crash."
It's a comedy crime series that is led by Lee Min Ki and Min So Hee, depicting the stories of traffic investigators who track crimes that occur on the road.
The series also announced Heo Sung Tae, Moon Hee and Lee Ho Chul's participation earlier this month. Meanwhile, ENA released a statement in response to Lee Na Eun's casting.
"Lee Na Eun will be starring in Crash," one of their representatives said. Namoo Actors, the artist's agency, also confirmed the reports, and shared some details about her new character.
According to them, the actress will take on the role of a main character who falls victim to a crime in one of the sub-plots in the brand new series.
Meanwhile, "Crash" is set to premiere in May but there's no news of its exact release date yet so stay tuned for more updates.

While Lee Na Eun's loyal supporters rejoiced over the news of her K-drama comeback, Korean netizens felt the opposite about her forthcoming activities.
To recall, Lee Na Eun was involved in a bullying scandal in 2021. However, the issue died down and gave the artist a chance to return to the industry, enraging K-netz.
"Seriously? Why would they cast her in a drama? I will never watch it," one netizen commented, expressing her disappointment.
In addition, they also criticized her acting prowess, saying that she's nothing but a pretty face. Namoo Actors hasn't released any statement about the issue, which further angers the public.
Meanwhile, Lee Na Eun made a special appearance in Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Ji Hyun's "Flex X Cop" earlier this month.
