Son Seok Koo Meets Ideal Type Jang Do Yeon

In his latest entertainment show appearance, Son Seok Koo shared more about his career and goals to aim for in the future.

On March 12, Jang Do Yeon welcomed Son Seok Koo as her celebrity guest in the famous YouTube talk show "Salon Drip 2." This episode was one of the most-anticipated broadcasts as it would be her first encounter with the actor, who named her as his ideal type.

Previously, the Korean actor attracted attention for confessing his admiration for Jang Do Yeon. During the segment, Son Seok Koo mentioned that the actress is still his ideal type.

"I like someone who is bright and fun."

Son Seok Koo Eager to Work on Melodrama

As their conversation went on, the "My Liberation Notes" star mentioned the release of his upcoming movie "Troll Factory." While talking about his work, Son Seok Koo revealed his desire to do melodrama.

"I also want to do melodrama. In a way, it's like an actor's luck."

He shared that there was a time when he personally went to get the script for a project because he wanted to work on a Melo genre.

Apart from it, if given the chance, Son Seok Koo elaborated that he would like to play the role of a third-generation chaebol, or a team leader who hides his identity, but in a melodrama.

In addition, the "Big Bet" star said that he also tried directing through the movie "Rebroadcast" and also writes scenarios whenever he has time.

Son Seok Koo shared that he is currently writing a story about immigrants, garnering anticipation for another brilliant work from the actor.

Son Seok Koo is about to meet the viewers again soon as he prepares to headline the movie "Troll Factory." It features the story of Im Sang Jin, a journalist who faces suspension after exposing the abuse of a major corporation. His chaotic life begins when an anonymous informant reveals the existence of an online "troll factory" that manipulates public opinion. He embarks on a quest to unveil the truth and regain his position.

This will be his next work following the global success of his Netflix series "A Killer Paradox" where he acted with "Our Beloved Summer" star Choi Woo Sik.
