"Physical: 100" season 2 cast Lee Jang Kun made a mark on Netflix's reality show by showcasing his amazing strength, endurance, and determination throughout the competition.
A former Kabadi national player, he started getting into that sport when he was 18.
With his sports career, Lee Jang Kun has bagged bronze along with his teammates at the 2013 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games.
The following year, he also received a top-level medal at the 2014 Asian Games.
In his interview with local media outlets, the reality star expressed how thankful he is for being part of "Physical: 100" season 2.

With a slew of physically fit and muscular participants, Lee Jang Gun was considered one of the dark horses in the competition.
He was able to showcase his strength during the manual treadmill challenge as well as the one-on-one deathmatch.
This is also the reason why he was chosen to be one of the 10 team leaders in Quest 2.
Unfortunately, Team Lee Jang Kun's team failed to advance in the maze challenge but was chosen by Jung Ji Hyun to join him on his team.
With this, he was given an opportunity to continue the journey and showcase what he got.
However, his journey was cut short after Lee Jang Kun lost during Quest 4, leaving Amotti as the winner on their team.

In an interview, Lee Jang Kun revealed his unexpected hiatus as an athlete.
At the time, he thought that he was at his lowest, and the career slump made him lose his confidence.
"As I unintentionally took a break from my career as an athlete, my self-esteem fell, and it was difficult physically and mentally."
However, joining "Physical: 100" season 2 changed it, and he was able to get back on track as he trained for the competition.
"I was able to regain my healthy mind while preparing and filming 'Physical: 100 Season 2."
In addition, Lee Jang Kun said that competing with the best of the best seemed like a "turning point" for him.
Moreover, this is also where he learned a lot and became motivated by working with his respected seniors.
"I gained great strength from seeing that many people believed in me and supported me more than myself, and I will not forget that feeling and work harder in my life."
