Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin Reportedly Selling Their Marital Home
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's home is reportedly on the market for a whopping price.
Dubbed as the "wedding of the century," BinJin, often called by their fans, officially tied the knot on March 31 in a private ceremony, attended by their parents, relatives, and friends of both families.
The newlyweds moved into Hyun Bin's house and made it their marital home. The property was purchased in 2020. But now, the actor decided to sell it with a hefty price tag after four years.
Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin's Marital Home Now Up for Sale
According to a report, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's home is now up for sale, with the desired selling price of about 7 billion KRW, or around 5 million USD.
The actor reportedly requested a brokerage to sell his penthouse property located at the luxurious Walkerhill Podoville estate in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is the most populous province in South Korea and is only around 41 km from Seoul.

Although the outlet did not include the reason why the power house couple is selling their first marital home, Hyun Bin will be making a huge profit from it once it is sold.
The 300-square-meter penthouse was purchased by the actor under his own name in 2020 for 4.8 billion KRW, or estimated at 3.5 million USD. This made Hyun Bin's market profit about 2.2 billion KRW, or 1.6 million USD.
Per reports, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin's home boasts a luxurious vibe, with the interior showcasing a chic mix of concrete and marble designs.
In addition to this, the celebrity home has a state-of-the-art kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that feature a natural skylight with a picturesque view of the skyline.
In addition to this, the property also showcases a private rooftop garden where Son Ye Jin often posts her get-together with her close circle.

Other than the luxurious penthouse at Walkerhill Podoville, Hyun Bin also sold his villa at Mark Hills in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. He purchased it for 2.7 billion KRW in July 2009, and eventually sold it in 2021 for 4 billion KRW, earning him a 1.3 billion KRW profit.
The same goes for Hyun Bin's wife when she sold her villa in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, for 4.8 billion KRW after purchasing it for 3 billion KRW in 2008.
The actress reportedly made a profit of 1.8 billion KRW from the said property.
Besides Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin, various stars are also into real estate.
This includes fellow celebrity couple RAIN and Kim Tae Hee, Jun Ji Hyun, Bae Suzy, Ha Jung Woo, and more.
