Kim Soo Hyun's agency addresses the dating rumors surrounding the "Queen of Tears" star.

Following the successful finale of his K-drama comeback with Kim Ji Won, the South Korean heartthrob once again found himself in the middle of a dating controversy.

Over the weekend, netizens were stunned after several fan accounts posted sightings of Kim Soo Hyun at the Ultra Korea EDM Music Festival in Paradise City, Incheon, along with his bodyguard.

However, a familiar face was also spotted alongside the award-winning star partying at the said event.

Eagle eyed fans noticed that the girl who was with Kim Soo Hyun was the former I.O.I. and PRISTIN member Lim Nayoung.

Various clips and photos featured the "It's Okay Not To Be Okay" star and Lim Nayoung together with another man who others believe is Kim Soo Hyun's bodyguard.

As the clip went viral, fans and netizens speculated that the two were dating.

Kim Soo Hyun's Agency Shut Downs Dating Rumors

In a report, Kim Soo Hyun's agency released a brief statement, responding to dating rumors involving the actor and Lim Nayoung.

Acknowledging that the actor attended the Ultra Music Festival Korea, "the dating rumors are completely groundless."

The same goes for Lim Nayoung's agency, Mask Studio, which also expressed the same stance and mentioned that it was just a "coincidence."

"Lim Na-young attended Ultra Music Festival Korea privately and coincidentally encountered Kim Soo-hyun there. The moment where they were observed whispering was merely a result of the noisy environment."

Kim Soo Hyun's Dating History

This is not the first time that Kim Soo Hyun has been involved in various dating rumors with fellow celebrities.

Before Lim Nayoung, the "Queen of Tears" star was rumored to be dating former labelmate Kim Sae Ron back in March.

At the time, it was the peak of his TVN K-drama with Kim Ji Won, which made fans hate "The Great Shaman Ga Doo Shim."

It was after Kim Sae Ron accidentally posted a selfie, in a close, intimate pose, which the actress deleted immediately.

Following the dating news, Goldmedalist denied the rumors and released a warning that they would "take strong legal measures against any defamation and offensive posts that tarnish the actor's reputation and character."

Meanwhile, during his early years as an actor, he was linked to "The Producers" co-star IU but insists that they are just friends.

There were also rumors that he dated "Dream High" co-star Bae Suzy but never got to address the issue.
