On July 1, rising actress Song Sang Eun officially announced through her Instagram post that she is already getting married. According to her, the man she's marrying is a colleague whom she went to the same school with.
"I am announcing this with a fluttering heart. I am finally marrying a schoolmate who I've been dating."
She continued, "We will embark on a new chapter based on the trust we've gained from the seven years that we've been together. We will be holding a small ceremony with our families instead of a wedding in July."
Along with Song Sang Eun's message is a photo of her wearing a white gown and holding a bouquet, exhibiting her happiness at delivering her wedding news. Familiar names in the industry showed their support by congratulating her in the comment section of her post.

Song Sang Eun is the daughter of Song Young Chang. She has been appearing in multiple dramas already and worked with some of the biggest names in the acting field.

The 33-year-old star made her acting debut in the 2017 movie "The Bros." The following year, she expanded her career by starring in small-screen projects. Her first drama was "Your House Helper" in 2018.
In 2019 her acting career bloomed and appeared in three series namely "Catch the Ghost," "Abyss," and "The Light in Your Eyes."
Song Sang Eun collaborated with famous stars Lee Min Ho and Kim Go Eun in the fantasy-romance drama "The King: Eternal Monarch" in 2020. In the same year, she joined the cast of KBS' "Men are Men" and "Private Lives." In 2022, the rising actress starred in Disney Plus' crime series "Grid," followed by "Good Job" an action-comedy romance series where she worked with SNSD Yuri, Jung Il Woo, and Eum Moon Suk.
Her latest dramas are "Captivating The King" and "Wedding Impossible" which were released in the first half of 2024.
