In a TikTok video posted earlier this month, Kim emphasized his passion to grow his skills. "What I want to do is just write different branches of essential expression," he stated. "I have always aspired to be a singer," he added.

The actor has decided that this is the time for him to be pursuing music while practicing his Tagalog and improving his English.

The dual language nature of this project will not only strengthen his acting career but could also bode well for a path in music in the Philippines too.

His return to the limelight is still stirring up some controversy among netizens, and comments continue to criticize him; however, many of his fans are coming together to support the ex-Idol's entry into music.

On social media, one supporter posted, "Reckon he has what it takes to succeed. like him mixing it up."
