Single dad of two, Park Ho San, has revealed the dangerous work he did to raise his family amidst great trials.
Park spoke on a recent broadcast about working multiple jobs to survive, including cleaning high-rise windows on a 55-story building.
Park said during the emotional part, "I made around 120,000 to 130,000 won per job, but I couldn't raise two children on that.
"He discussed the measures he took with his two sons to provide stability to their lives amid adversity.
Park shared a studio flat with his children and often worked two or three jobs simultaneously, frequently exposing himself to perilous circumstances.
"It was like fighting a battle every day, and I had to keep trying for my boys," he said.
Park's experience reflects the struggle of many parents trying to make ends meet to feed the household.
His focus and perseverance underscore the many sacrifices of being a single parent and the commitment needed to fight life's challenges.
Through continued sharing of his journey, however, Park wants others in a similar position to keep fighting and reach out for help.
He said, "We all have our battles. What matters is that we keep fighting for our loved ones."
