In an unexpected turn for two of South Korea's most famous actors, Jung Woo Sung has only just now come clean to being a dad while his close friend and fellow actor Lee Jung Jae remains in a solid long-distance relationship.

The child who Moon Ga Bi revealed on social media is biologically Jung Woo Sung's own child,' Artist Company said on November 24.

Moon revealed the news in an Instagram post on November 22 in which she said that she was unprepared to announce the news but was "ready to become a mom.

"I made a promise to myself that I should become a healthy mother filled with love and happiness rather than a perfect mother," Moon wrote, expressing her intentions for her child's upbringing.

"I wanted to show my child only the bright and beautiful world that I had seen in the past."

The 51-year-old actor became a father without the institution of marriage in place.

Confirming the news, a spokesman for the actor said he and Moon had agreed to raise their child together but were not planning to marry.

This has led to discussions about Jung's views on relationships, which starkly contrasts with those of Lee Jung Jae

Since January 2015, Lee Jung Jae has dated Lim Se Ryeong, the Vice Chairman of Daesang Group.

The pair regularly shows up to high-profile events together and often gushes about each other in interviews.

The pair has made headlines as a couple, especially after they turned up together at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and beared PDA at the LACMA Art + Film Gala recently.
