According to Movie Rock, Lomon moved to South Korea at a young age, born in Uzbekistan to Koryo people—Korean descendants who settled in Central Asia.

Lomon, whose full name is Park Solomon, moved to South Korea when he was in fifth grade. Tough as it was to adapt to a new language, new culture, and new school, he respected his heritage and pursued his dreams in the arts while adapting to foreign culture and language.

In doing so, he acts as a bridge between two cultures, identifying as both a Koreansaram and a South Korean citizen.

Lomon has been thankful for the support from fans, especially from Central Asian republics that are close to his roots. He takes care to stay connected to his cultural roots and is proud of it, wanting to represent his culture worldwide.

Lomon displays both his acting chops and his commitment to training in the role. In Family Plan, he bulks down to play a high school kid very well.

In "All of Us Are Dead," he trained hard to do action scenes himself, which speaks volumes about his dedication to staying true to the character.
