Kim Jae Kyung, the former leader of the popular girl group Rainbow, has tied the knot with her non-celebrity boyfriend, according to reports on Sunday, adding that the private ceremony was held earlier this year.
According to YTN, the actress married at a small family wedding ceremony in Seoul in the first half of 2024.
Her agency, Namoo Actors, confirmed the news, stating that Kim and her husband made a "hundred-year promise" last summer based on deep trust and affection.
"Out of respect for her non-celebrity spouse, the wedding was held privately," the agency said in a statement.
"As an actress, Kim Jae Kyung will work hard to repay the love you've given her with good acting and projects. Please congratulate and encourage her as she begins a new chapter in her life."

Kim Jae Kyung is now the third member of Rainbow to marry, following Jung Yoon Hye's wedding to actor Ahn Jae Min last October.
The 30-year-old singer-actress, whose visuals and performance garner too much attention already, gained popularity after Rainbow's debut in 2009.
She later transitioned to acting successfully with roles in dramas such as "Monster," "The Devil Judge," and "Again My Life."
Fellow stars and fans are offering their warmest words of encouragement to Kim on a new chapter.
