The Lenovo N308 unveiled at the CES 2014 doubles as an Android desktop that makes it measy to watch media and access the latest apps.
Lenovo said in a statement, "Easily move this 1.3-in thin AIO around the home or office as a super-sized tablet with its full-size keyboard and mouse and up to three hours of battery life4 with its integrated battery,"adding, " additionally, users can adjust the N308's stand to lay the device flat for an easier angle to navigate the touchscreen and even play games."
The specs on the Lenovo all in one include
19.5 inch LED screen with a 1600x900 resolution. A Nividia Tegra processor supports the screen's graphics. with DDR-31600 memory and 2 GB of ram. The battery should give you about 3 hours of use. A stand that comes as an additional accessory will make the tablet PC lie flat on it s back.
The Lenovo company's specsheet reads, "Lenovo N308 Android Home Computer is a perfect balance of desktop PCperformance and the simplicity of a tablet," .
It adds, "Users can easily sync apps and data across Android devices, and also enjoy all their favorite apps on a large 19.5-in HD+ touchscreen, with plenty of storage for multimedia," reports tomshardware.
The desktop will have a starting price of $450.
As Lenovo's Android all in one takes off at CES 2014,, the release coudl be a pain in the neck for Windows 8, a rival for both Chromebooks and the Android tab.
Essentially, Lenovo has designed the N308 to be an enterntatinment center catered for the living room. If the N308 takes off , it will add credit to the theory that Androids are capable ofcausing a dent tin the PC market
