Looks like Miss Taylor Swift loves her new short haircut and her fans love it too!

Taylor Swift shows off her new hairdo on her Instagram photo with British pop sensation Ellie Goulding, with the caption: "London, I could never thank you enough. See you next time! PS: short hair, don't care. (!!!)"

We're used to seeing Taylor Swift with her signature long locks but the "Love Story" singer revealed her reason for getting the haircut and no, it isn't one of her ex-boyfriends. She was inspired by super model Karlie Kloss when the two met during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show last year and according to New York Magazine she says to Karlie:

"I want to cut my hair. If you see me in a few months with that haircut, know it's because of you."

Kloss returned the favour by saying.

"We met at the show, we never met before but we're BFFs now. It's nice to meet another American girl, we're the same age and she's so inspiring - she's so talented and she's true to who she is. She's a cool girl and I'm glad she's in the show this year, she rocked it."

Taylor loves her new transformation and so does the audiences as she posted an Instagram video to the crowd cheering her on when she pans around the room saying "This is how many people are watching me get a haircut right now. We don't do anything without an audience, do we?"

Swift was in London performing on Tuesday as part of her "Red" tour, and the set included an appearance from Ellie Goulding.
