Friends, family and fans are still in shock over the suicide of designer L'Wren Scott.
Reports of L'Wren Scott committing suicide because of her financial woes are being revealed to be false.
The successful designer actually had a $9 million fortune that she left to the love of her life, Mick Jagger.
L'Wren and Mick Jagger were together for 13 years before she was found dead in her apartment on March 17.
Her $8 million condo in Chelsea, which she hung herself in, along with $1 million of other valuables were given the Rolling Stone frontman while her family got nothing, according to Fox News.
L'Wren Scott's ashes were reportedly split between her family and longtime boyfriend.
Her brother, Randall Bambrough, told the Daily News, "She was cremated and I have some of her ashes. Some of those ashes, they will be buried near our parents here in Utah. And there will be a ceremony, date to be determined, in Utah for all family members who will have an opportunity to see their friends and others."
A funeral was held on Tuesday in Los Angeles for L'Wren. Mick Jagger was reportedly in charge of the arrangements.
L'Wren Scott's brother reportedly knew nothing about his sister's will.
He stated, "I haven't heard anything at all about a will, other than there's supposedly one out there."
The former model's 58-year-old brother stated that he wants people "to remember L'Wren as a wonderful terrific person who was highly talented and had a very large heart and brought the best out of people."
The New York Post has reported that an award honoring emerging fashion designers has been named for L'Wren.
The award was created by The Art of Elysium, an organization that brings the arts to hospitalized children.
The L'Wren Scott Amber Award reportedly honors both the stunning designer and Amber, a child who had a brain tumor and who participated in The Art of Elysium's fashion workshop for hospitalized kids.
The exact reasons for L'Wren Scott's cause of suicide is still under speculation.
