The world of NASCAR was shaken by the news that Jeff Gordon was gay! As far as I know, no male racecar driver has ever admitted that he is queer that's why that announcement caused an outrage among the sports fans. Just a few days, Empire Sports reported that a highly respected member of the NASCAR community has come out and admitted that he is in a relationship with a fellow openly gay NASCAR member.

Empire Sports revealed, "Jeff Gordon who is going through a divorce said that he is now dating openly gay driver Stephen Rhodes. We are unable to get a comment from Gordon or Rhodes on this news of their relationship but it is 100% confirmed by them both."

The website added, "Both men have been seen around together since they came out just recently. The couple has been seen hand in hand but not much else in the public eye." They even reported comments from their outraged fans, which make the news look real.

However, a writer from SB Nation said that this was all a hoax. According to the writer, "Gordon is married to a woman and has two children, and it took me about 10 seconds to realize it's a spoof."
