"Frozen" keeps on getting awards well after its November 2013 and its latest award puts it at the "all time" records list as the "Frozen" soundtrack is the best-selling digital soundtrack in history!
The "Frozen" sountrack sold over two hundred thousand copies this week alone, likely due to the DVD/Blu-ray release and continued momentum from the Oscar win.
It should be noted that many of those albums were sold digitally, and the "Frozen" soundtrack has now become the best-selling digital soundtrack in history. It has sold 781,000 digital copies, out of 1.66 million albums total. That enabled it to surpass the Pitch Perfect soundtrack, which was the previous record holder with 760,000 digital copies.
"Frozen" is seeing success in all of its forms, since the DVD sold 3.2 million copies on its first day alone. Have you purchased your copy yet?
Also in light of the Oscars, "Let It Go" finally cracked the top five on the Hot 100 Songs chart. That makes "Let It Go" the highest-charting song to win an Oscar since "Lose Yourself" twelve years ago. It also makes Idina Menzel only the second ever Tony winner to have a top five hit (the first was Harry Belafonte in 1957). And the other Frozen songs are feeling the love as well - both "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?" and "For the First Time in Forever" are also in the top 70.
"Let It Go" won the Oscar for Best Song, giving Robert Lopez an EGOT. Frozen also won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature, giving Walt Disney Animation its first win in the category.

Kingdom heart's 3 release date has been creating a lot of buzz lately ever since Square Enix spoke up about the game's progress. The buzz increases as the developer posted a survey asking fans for suggestions for the game as its release date is nearer.
The survey was posted on the official "Kingdom Hearts" Facebook page requesting fans to give their opinions on previous games in the "Kingdom Hearts" series.
From this, more gamers are requesting that Square Enix include Frozen characters like Elsa and Anna in the upcoming game.
"Adding Frozen into Kingdom Hearts 3 won't be much of a problem for Square Enix. This is due to the character model which is on the same wavelength. Thanks to this, re-creating the character is unnecessary," the Monitoring Crunch reports."Frozen is definitely one of Disney's finest works. One fan got so into the film that a video got created suggesting the best Frozen music for Kingdom Hearts 3."
