Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour continues, despite the death of her beloved dog Floyd. Last night (April 2) in Boston, Massachusetts, Cyrus sang a heartfelt version of hit Fleetwood Mac song "Landslide" during a soundcheck for Floyd. The 21-year-old singer broke down a little bit while singing the nostalgic song. Watch the video of Cyrus singing "Landslide" below! Cyrus says before starting to sing, "It's gonna be hard for me to sing this next song. I'm not sounding myself, I don't feel myself. I'm sure you guys already know, but the reason that I'm so upset is my dog. I shouldn't say he was my favorite, but he was my favorite, and he passed away. I just want to do a song for him. We used to always listen to Fleetwood Mac together. This is his favorite song...so I wanna do this song for Floyd. This song is 'Landslide.'"
Cyrus announced yesterday April 2 that her beloved dog has passed away. "I don't wanna say it because I don't want it to be real... But my precious baby Floyd has passed away I am broken," Cyrus tweeted. She then tweeted, with a photo of them together, "I know I don't mean it but I wish he would've taken me with him this is unbearable. What am I gonna do without him?"
Meanwhile, reality tv star Kendra Wilkinson told E! News that she believes Miley Cyrus is a great role model. Wilkinson, who is currently pregnant with a girl (her second child), spoke with E! News at the launch party for Jennifer Love Hewitt's maternity clothing line. Wilkinson said about the controversial singer, "As much as we think she's crazy, I think she's a good example. Let's not be so trapped in a box. I'm going to teach my daughter that way: be who you want to be. Society's going to put these rules on you but if you have this feeling that you need to do whatever it is, do it. Now, I'm not saying drugs." As far as Miley ever posing for Playboy is concerned, Wilkinson explained, "she doesn't need to." Granted, this is the same young mother who sparked controversy last year when she told HuffPost Live that she would be okay with her soon to be born daughter posing for Playboy magazine, as long as she was in the right "mental place."
