The hype for the Man of Steel sequel increased as the "Batman vs Superman" casting news hit the web. Is Lady Shiva and Supergirl going to be in the movie and who will be playing them?

It has been theorized that Supergirl is going to appear or she will be at least be referenced in "Batman vs Superman".

The Supergirl theory states that Kara Zor-El will be the founder of Themyscira and she will be the Ancestor of Wonder Woman (click here to read about the Supergirl theory). The funny thing is, basing from that theory, the recently cast Holly Hunter is perfect for the role. Her hair color down to her age is spot on.

And Tao Okamoto as Lady Shiva isn't far-fetched as well. She could be one of the assassins that teach Bruce Wayne martial arts. She could appear in a flash back showing how Bruce Wayne learned his tremendous fighting skills.

However there are other theories for Tao Okamoto and Holly Hunter's role aside from Supergirl and Lady Shiva.

Hitfix has theorized that Holly Hunter could be an Amazonian, similar to Wonder Woman or she could work for Lex Luthor. Tao Okamoto's role is similar, she will be a villain aiding Lex Luthor in the film.
