Rick Cosnett is showing all the improvements from his workouts for the role of "Zoom" in the Flash TV series and he posted a photo of it online!

Rick Cosnett is definitely feeling the Flash fever as he keeps posting about it on his Instagram! Aside from posting his workout results for the Flash, he also revealed that he went to DC and got some Flash related stuff. Maybe he's researching for some Zoom storylines?

In other Flash TV series news, Grant Gustin recently realized how powerful Flash can be as he noted that Flash can time travel and he can go more than a million times faster than light:

"I didn't realize before I started doing all my research that he can actually time travel, he can run so fast... I think that'd be a really fun thing to play with on the show is him kind of going to different times and experimenting with that. That'd be fun."

While it will be interesting to see a time travel plot line, it is improbable that Flash would break the Lightspeed barrier in the show any time soon.
