The actor talked about going down to Peru on vacation this year on a road trip with his professor friend. Fallon asked him if they speak English down in Peru, and the actor admitted that he tends to go down the "charade, mime type scenario, which I find to be very effective." He then talked about going down to Brazil where they only speak Portuguese.
The "12 Years A Slave" actor also recently sat down for an interview with Collider and confirmed that he will be working on a sequel to Prometheus at some point with director Ridley Scott! "For sure. I love Ridley. He's a master filmmaker," Michael confirmed when asked if he's excited to work with the director again. When his co-star James McAvoy asked if the sequel was really happening, he replied, "Yeah, but when I don't know."
Prometheus 2, or the Untitled Ridley Scott Project, is set to come out on March 2016 and will be a follow-up to Scott's most recent space epic. According to The Wrap, screenwriter Michael Green has come aboard to do a rewrite of the existing draft that was put together by Transcendence writer Jack Paglen.
