One of the most controversial "Glee" season 6 spoilers is the rumor about Naya Rivera getting fired from the Fox show. According to reports, the reason that she was booted out was because she got into a fight with co-star Lea Michele.
The lead star of "Glee" finally speaks up and shared her thoughts about the catfight rumors during her guest appearance on the "Late Show With David Letterman". Lea told David, "It's really unbelievable the amount of things that can just be completely made up, and it's really frustrating."
According to reports, Naya was jealous that Lea gets all the attention and spotlight. The 27-year old actress finds the rumors to be really unfortunate. Lea said, "I think that the way people like to pit women against each other, not to get so, so serious, but it's really annoying, and it's really sad."
Fox also confirmed that the "Glee" season 6 spoilers that include Naya not returning for the finale aren't true. Lea tried to show a bit of humor and sarcasm by telling everyone that if she gets into a feud, it will be more interesting.
The New York-born actress said, "For me if there were ever really a cat fight on the show, you'd know about it because I'd get like a ring and put Jell-O in it, and I'd make it fun for everyone. And it'd be super hot."
The creator of "Glee", Ryan Murphy, also revealed what he thought of the Lea and Naya catfight rumors. He said, "I don't think there is a story between Naya and Lea." The 48-year old director added, "I always marvel at the things that become headline news that most of the time are completely fabricated."
Ryan also confirmed that Lea and Naya are both coming back next year for the season finale. He said, "Anybody ever in that cast has an open invitation to come back and finish the character they so beautifully started."
The only way we can prove if the "Glee" season 6 spoilers are not true is when we see Lea and Naya return on the Fox TV show.
