The latest "Mission Impossible 5" spoilers got many fans excited because they will be seeing their favorite actors again on the big screen. Tom Cruise was the first one to confirm that he will be starring in the Christopher McQuarrie film. Of course, that got die-hard Ethan Hunt fans really happy since the movie is all about him. It would be weird to see another actor play the lead role, right?
To add icing to the cake, another screen heartthrob revealed that he will be returning for the fifth installment of "Mission Impossible", and that is no other than Jeremy Renner. During an interview with Yahoo, the 43-year old actor talked about "True Detective" and accidentally slipped into saying the list of movies he was working on.
He was asked if he would like to star in the TV series, but he said that it would not be possible because of his busy schedule. Renner said, "It's kind of unlikely. In fact, I'm kind of strapped time-wise doing Avengers 2, and Mission: Impossible 5 is rearing its head, and then they want to do another Bourne movie."
He explained, "It's unlikely I can find the time right now. And that's all right. It's just really high-class problems - pretty awesome to have. Even if I really wanted to do it, which I don't, I couldn't." Well, thank you for the "Mission Impossible 5" spoilers Jeremy Renner.
In a separate report published by The Wrap, Renner was supposed to replace Tom Cruise in "Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol", but he instead landed the role of William Brandt. His character is an IMF agent who was forced to work with co-agent Ethan Hunt.
Another actor also spilled out some "Mission Impossible 5" spoilers during his interview with MTV News. Simon Pegg, who stars as IMF technician Benji Dunn, will be working with Tom Cruise for the third time.
The British actor said, "Yes, absolutely. I'm looking forward to doing that." Pegg jokingly revealed, "I've already started eating one carrot a day in order to be in shape. Actually, that's not good for you to do that. Don't do that."
Are you excited to see Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, and Simon Pegg in "Mission Impossible: 5"? Who else do you want to see join the film?
