Regardless of the previous claims that Sony's next entry in their leading racing game, Gran Turismo, has gone past its development stage in time for 2014 release, Kazunori Yamauchi has decided to take them back.
According to the game creator, they are still working on the title and the game is not going to make it out this year. Although before each of the GT series were ushered by prologue editions, Yamauchi claims that the team at Polyphony Digital don't have any intentions of doing so whatsoever for Gran Turismo 7.
Although a 2014 release is not possible for this year, gamers can still look forward for Gran Turismo 7 on Playstation 4 any time soon. In the meantime, Polyphony thinks of saving time by reusing some of the vehicles from previous games, including those from Gran Turismo 4.
Yamauchi added, "I doubt that we'll be throwing away the standard cars. Each car has its own fans. So I think we'll hang on to the archive. Meanwhile, some of those cars we may be able to make into Premium cars as they become available - but still focused on increasing the nuber of premium vehicles."
Gran Turismo 6 as of today still brings authenticity to 'the Real Driving Simulator' as well as introducing stunning tracks, awesome cars as well as a unique user interface. All of the cars and tracks from Gran Turismo 5 are included in this game, along with other line-up of historic cars, road cars and the latest race cars, bringing a total 1,200. It also has several thousands of aerodynamic parts as well as custom wheels for almost every car, and players can customize their cars in game to the ultimate level possible. So, while waiting for the latest GT7 to come out next year, you can still enjoy the unlimited possibilities on GT6.
