The CW recently revealed their line up for their fall releases, including "Supernatural" Season 10 premiering on October 7. Russ Hamilton, who is the show's location manager, has been teasing fans with his Twitter updates regarding the new season's plans, including locations and scripts for the new season.

Enstarz reports that the crew are now in Vancouver for on-location pre-production after working on the show's scripts for five weeks. Meanwhile, Jensen Ackles, Jared Padelecki, Misha Collins, and Mark Sheppard still have a few more weeks to enjoy with their families.

Padelecki, who plays Sam Winchester, spent his vacation wisely, promoting the show through Twitter.

"Clear your calendars!! October 7th, the Winchester's are back in action! Don't make me come get you! #supernatural #CWFallPremieres," the actor wrote on the social network.

Many fans are eager to see how Dean Winchester will fare as a demon and most importantly, how his brother Sam will save him from the unfortunate fate. Last season's finale's last few minutes showed Dean resurrecting with classic demon eyes with Crowley lounging beside his bed, all the while Sam is summoning the King of Hell for help.

Although story details for the premiere episode is being kept under tight wraps, "Supernatural" season 10 spoilers report that Jensen Ackles (Dean) will be back on the directorial seat for the yet-titled episode three. Ackles was not able to helm any episodes in season nine due to his wife's pregnancy and the subsequent birth of his son. This season, however, Entarz revealed that the actor-director will have another shot at the job.

Ackles directed several episodes in the show's nine-year history, including the hilarious episode 4 of season 6, "Weekend At Bobby's." He also did "Girl Next Door" (season seven, episode three) and "Heartache" (season eight, episode three).

Meanwhile, Mark Sheppard, who plays Crowley, has been promoted as series regular. Speculations arose that Sam will be reluctantly asking the King of Hell for help and he in turn will be training the Dean as a new demon. Sam's main struggle in this season will be finding a way to get his human brother back as well as helping Castiel fix his dwindling Grace. The fan favorite angel, Castiel, will also come back for season 10 as a fixed character.
