In a question and answer session for her new romantic comedy movie "Begin Again" at the Apple Store on Regent Street, London, Keira Knightley shared what kind of films she wants to star in.

Decked in a sheer dress with gold highlights plus matching gold shoes and sitting beside co-stars Mark Ruffalo and James Corden., the "Pride And Prejudice" star revealed that she wants to do a genre that's totally different from her new film.

"I love sci-fi," the actress told reporters. "I want to do a sci-fi [film] that is really dark."

The "Anna Karenina" star has only appeared in a couple of sci-fi movies, including Star Wars: Episode I-The Phantom Menace as Sabé. The darkest role she had played was her character as Jackie Rice in "The Jacket" where she starred alongside Adrien Brody.

In a separate interview with BBC Radio 2, the "Atonement" star told Steve Wright that she has no intentions of reprising her role as Elizabeth Swan in the "Pirates Of The Caribbean" franchise.

"I have no idea, I don't know what they're doing," she told Wright. "My time has definitely passed, I loved it, it was an amazing experience but I won't be going back."

Knightley and co-star Orlando Bloom left the franchise in 2007. The Pirates saga has since cast the likes of Penelope Cruz and Sam Claflin in its subsequent installment. Disney is currently working on the franchise's fifth movie, "Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" which is expected to hit theaters in 2016.

Despite not wanting to go back, Knightly revealed that her stint with the movies was enjoyable.

"I don't know what they're doing, there are so many piratical tales they could tell. It's a fun franchise. It was a lot of fun," Knightley said about the new Pirates movie. She also believes the franchise will go on forever.
