Top Guns vs the SEC
Harvey made a not-so-good move by going to Eric Woodall's home and intimidating him. Jessica and Jeff found out about this and established that Jeff is in charge regarding the 'war' against SEC. They discovered that the man behind the seven subpoena filed against their law firm was from Sean Cahill.
As it turned out, Jeff was supposed to be fired because he refused to go after Jessica and instead wanted to help her. They argued, but still found a way out against all allegations. However, just when they think they got out of that sticky situation, Sean Cahill pulled them back in and targeted Harvey.
Logan Sanders and the Board Meeting
Logan went to Rachel to ask her evaluation regarding the companies he'd like to venture. She accepted it and thought that it was a scheme so he can spend time with her. Rachel being Rachel, she did not do what she was tasked to do, but did what was expected of her.
Rachel really thought that the board meeting was a hoax, however Logan did not even call for it and he needed to present new ideas for his company. They both finished late and just when Rachel was about to leave, Logan put Rachel's scarf on her and was about to kiss her. But, Rachel said she should go.
Holding grudges
Harvey asked Louis to have the TRO from Mike to be lifted. Mike immediately played his strategy - he told him that his ex-girlfriend got engaged. Louis was truly out of his game and made a complete moron of himself. Harvey became furious, particularly when he found out that Shiela's fiancé was just a photoshopped person.
Mike needed to find funding since he used his leverage. He ran to a client, but left with nothing since Louis influenced his decision. Mike apologized for what he did, but Louis was really mad. He gave Mike the idea of holding grudges, that's why he went to an enemy of Harvey. He was giving more money than what Mike needs, but his condition was Sidwell will not benefit from it. Mike closed the deal and was back to Jonathan's good graces.
The promo for the next week's episode was very controversial, since it was shown that Rachel is in the hospital, Louis says he's retiring, and a flashback presenting Logan asking Rachel to marry him. Oh, no.
