Marvel fans rejoice! New updates and possible spoilers for the upcoming Avengers sequel, Avengers: Age of Ultron has been revealed.
The latest issue of Entertainment Magazine features Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans heroic characters; Iron Man and Captain America alongside Ultron and what appears to be his army. The magazine contains several behind-the-scenes footages and a several details from the movie.
According to reports from 411mania.com, the magazine revealed Ultron's origin in the movie.
"Tony Stark will build the android as a tool to help save the world and to provide the rest of The Avengers some time off, but things quickly go wrong with this plan."
In addition, director Joss Whedon also explains Ultron's motives in the movie.
"Ultron sees the big picture and he goes, 'Okay, we need radical change, which will be violent and appalling, in order to make everything better'; he's not just going 'Muhaha, soon I'll rule!' He's on a mission. He wants to save us."
In other news, the cast of the Avengers sequel will appear again in this year's San Diego Comic-Con as Marvel Studios will unveil a preview of the movie which features Iron Man fighting a rampaging Hulk, The Avengers Tower and Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in action.
According to reports from Geek Syndicate, the footage will feature Iron Man fighting the Hulk using his Hulkbuster armor as Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch make there way into the Avengers Tower with HYDRA's Leader Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker fighting the rest of the team.
Avengers Tower was described as very "S.H.I.E.L.D."- like, but with Tony Stark magic. It will feature both Stark and Banners lab and the Quinjets for the first time.
Other features include Captain America riding a motorcycle, Quicksilver running around, and the first possible appearance of Paul Bettany's new character the Vision.
IGN conducted an interview with Marvel Studios production head Joss Whedon regarding the leaked details of the movie.
" Last time we saw Stark Tower, from The Avengers, it had gotten beat up a little bit thanks to Hulk and thanks to Loki and the Chituari, and Pepper and Tony were standing over a table looking at plans" he explained. "That's where we pulled out and all the letters had fallen away except the 'A' in Stark. So what they were doing was retro-fitting for The Avengers. And that's what we see in this next film."
"S.H.I.E.L.D. is gone - for people who are following along. S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded and brought down at the end of The Winter Soldier because it turned out to not be the best organization ever. So Tony's bank-rolling The Avengers now. And he's bank-rolling their headquarters. So it's now Avengers Tower.
"Tony designed it so in addition to a hanger for a brand-new Quinjet, laboratories, places where he can build and store his Iron Man suits, there are I believe two bars." Beautiful multiple space living rooms which are perfect for parties and social gatherings. But it's a primary location in the film this time around."
"There are a lot of scenes that you should be getting excited about. "[The Hulkbuster armor] is certainly one of them. I think I said a long time ago when Joss [Whedon] first did his six-page or 10-page outline for Avengers, there was a lot of work and the movie's adapted quite a bit since then, but there were like six or seven signature things just in that. I said 'Joss, even if we don't do anything else. Just do these seven things, that's enough for the movie. Now let's get to work and put it all together.' Those things are in the movie and are amazing, of which that sequence is one."
If these spoiler weren't enough, details of Hawkeye's death in the sequel have been revealed throughout the net. There have been several reports that the SHIELD archer will die in the movie, but how he was killed was never explained.
According to reports from Den Of Geek, a Reddit blogger named MarvelGroupie claimed that Hawkeye will die at the hands of Ultron himself when the robotic villain pierced his hand on Hawkeye's chest defending Scarlet Witch during his first attack in the movie. This prompts the Avengers to take revenge on Ultron with Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver joining the cause in order to save the world.
What Culture has named Hawkeye to be most likely candidate to die in the movie.
"Jeremy Renner has publicly expressed discontent at his treatment and it's unlikely that his relationship with Marvel Studios is as strong as some of the other actors in the movie, so he could be seen as dispensable. There's also the fact that Hawkeye is one of the out-gunned human characters who could so easily be taken out by a super-powered robot like Ultron in a single shot, making his death more realistic than characters who are as ridiculously durable as guys like Thor and Hulk."
