"Instead of growing together Blake and Miranda are definitely growing apart, especially with her new found health kick," the report said.
Celebrity Laundry also noted how the two have been living with their own lives.
"Miranda's whipped herself into shape and refuses to party with her man now," the report added.

It was also reported in Star Magazine that the "Platinum" star has been seeking the help of co-country singer Faith Hill as she copes with the relationship.
Although Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton divorce looms, the country crooner boasted recently of his wife's great contribution to his hometown Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
The "Platinum" star's The Pink Pistol store which opened in November 2012 has given life to his hometown as well as more jobs.
"I think it's great what it's done for the community and the people there love it, and I'm proud of her when you do drive through," Blake boasted.
The country crooner shared that four years ago, downtown Tishomingo was more like an "absolute ghost town" before Miranda Lambert opened her store, the WWGP reported.
